Yes, we offer fully customised outfit services tailored to your preferences. You can personalise every detail—including colours, embroidery, design patterns, silhouette, neckline, and more.
2. What is the usual lead time for customised outfits?
The lead time varies depending on the complexity of the design. On average, it takes 3 to 4 months to complete a customised outfit. However, we can accommodate urgent orders upon request.
3. How do you take measurements?
We will schedule a video call at your convenience, during which we will guide you step-by-step on how to take accurate measurements. This ensures a perfect fit and helps avoid any sizing issues later.
4. What are the payment terms?
Once you share a reference image or design idea, we’ll provide a detailed quote. To initiate the process, a 50% advance payment is required. The remaining 50% is payable only after you receive photos of the completed garment.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer FREE international shipping on all customised outfits.
